There’s also access out to a small balcony area, which is a lovely bonus, especially if you like the idea of opening the doors on a warmer day and letting the outside in.

There’s also useful additional cupboard space, currently housing the fridge, which helps keep the main kitchen area clean and practical.

It also looks out towards the communal outside space, keeping that calm, tucked-away feel. The bathroom is equally well presented, with tiled walls, tiled flooring, bath with shower over, WC, wash hand basin and an opaque side window.
