Why is it so hard to find your next home? The trade press has said there is an average of 29 buyers per property currently on the market!

You live in Leicester Forest East and know your home will sell pretty quickly, but you worry you will not be able to find your dream home jeopardising all your hard work in getting sold yourself. It's a conversation I have regularly with a lot of home sellers and its a buyers problem that isn't going away any time soon. I recently helped a couple in Leicester Forest East who have been looking for a home for over a year and I helped them secure a property before it even hit the market. The vendor achieved the price they wanted and the buyers were happy to finally have something they could call home.

Most buyers think the only way to find their next home is to be on Rightmove/Zoopla everyday, but this could not be further than the truth......

So you may be thinking what else could you do? Well, I wanted to offer my support in helping you find your next dream home, especially if you are in a similar situation as above. Rightmove and Zoopla will only show you ( and every other buyer out there!) what has come to the market or what has reduced. They do not point you in the way of motivated sellers or properties that had previously tried to sell a few years ago but failed.

I can identify and approach home owners who are looking to sell, giving you the first bite of the cherry before they even hit the market. Traditionally, estate agency had always worked this way before the arrival of Rightmove/Zoopla and majority of the industry now sit back waiting for the phone to ring rather than getting out there and finding the next property to come to the market.
